Courtyard

The slightly lower positioning of the courtyard and the ramps which lead into it represent a protective separation from the street and make it an ideal meeting place.

With a fountain adding atmosphere, it is an appealing extension of the lounge area when the weather is good and the ramps offer additional opportunities for sitting at their different levels. Visitors to the multi-purpose hall also reach it through the courtyard.

Free rooms

The Studentenwohnen building has 105 rooms for students. It offers attractively priced premises which are ideal for living and working.

The rooms are equipped with a 90x200cm bed and a mattress, a desk with chair, a wardrobe, a mini-fridge and a separate washbasin. Two students always share a bathroom (shower/WC). Access to the bathroom is possible from every room and the door can be locked.

The prices include the additional costs for caretaker, electricity, internet connection, heating, water and refuse collection. The price of the room depends on the size in m2.
